Refund Policy

In the event of an accidental or erroneous cash credit made to any user, party, or the company itself, Khel Ludo reserves the right to independently process a refund, or users may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. Khel Ludo will review such cases and, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine if the refund is valid—based either on your request or through our internal investigation.

If approved, the refund will be processed within two weeks, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method or source account used during the transaction. Please note, all refunds under this policy are entirely subject to Khel Ludo’s discretion.

Cancellation of Games

Khel Ludo shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to the cancellation or disruption of games arising from service outages caused by third-party service providers, system failures, cyber threats, natural calamities, or any other events beyond our control.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for cancelled games resulting from such uncontrollable circumstances.

Online Transactions

All monetary transfers to your Khel Ludo account are processed via third-party payment gateways. Khel Ludo is not liable for any denial, delay, or failure in processing transactions, as these are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway providers.

In the event a transaction is reversed, the amount will be refunded to the same financial instrument or payment platform that was originally used.
